Covid -19 Prevention

We hope you all are being safe and healthy during these challenging times. After more than a year of uncertainty, California officially reopens today!
 
We understand that everyone is excited to return to activities we enjoyed before the pandemic. However,  we're following the advice of our infectious disease experts and CDC guidance and remain committed to providing a safe environment for our clients, their families, and our workforce.

Covid - 19 Regulation

  • Services are Provided by Appointment Only. No walking accepted
     

  • Please show your vaccination card before check-in.
     

  • Receive health questionnaires within 48 hrs before your appointment. 
     

  • All people entering our physical location are required to wear a mask 
     

  • Your mask is not required when you are in the treatment room. 

  • We will check your temperature and screen in accordance to the San Francisco Health Order before providing service

We will be checking your temperature with a non-contact infrared thermometer, and asking a few questions ensuring that you are healthy. Service will be refused to anyone who has a body temperature of 100F (37.8C) or higher.

  • Staff will be wearing face shields and masks AT ALL TIME
     

  • We provide hand sanitizer when entering the spa.

  • Bed sheet will be replaced after every client

To maintain sanitary standards, we use disposable bed sheet and replace it after every service.

  • Rooms will be cleaned up and disinfected after every client

  • Reception area and every service room contain hand sanitizer and paper towels

Staff will ensure to sanitize their hands before and after providing the service. Customers are also encouraged to sanitize their hands as they enter the establishment.

  • Each room has a HEPA Air Purifier
