Service Cancellation Policy

Reservations

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

 

To reserve an appointment a credit card may be required at the time of booking for some services. See cancellation policy below for more details.

 

Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Service Cancellation Policy

ATTENTION: Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

We understand that plans change, and you may not be able to make it. We also understand these are turbulent times we live in with the COVID-19 pandemic still ravaging the world. As a result, we have set up a comprehensive service cancellation.
 
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.

  • We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 48-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling without charge. You will be able to cancel it by texting or calling us at (415) 682-8388.
     

  • Any cancellation requested less than 48 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and therapists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
     

  • Same day cancellations, reschedule or no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be used as credit for any future services.
     

  • Credit cards are required for holding your appointments. Your credit card will not be charged, and you may pay in another method at the time of your appointment. Charges on your credit card will only occur based on the cancellation policy above.
     

Arrival Policy
  • If this is the first time you are getting a specific service at our spa, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs and for you to begin relaxing and enjoying our facilities. For example, even if you had a facial at our spa before, if you decided to get a massage for the first time, you will need to fill out a Massage Form.
     

  • Out of respect for other clients’ time, even if you are late, your service will be performed up to the scheduled end time. For example, if your service is scheduled to end at 2:00 PM, and you are 10 minutes late, your service will still end at 2:00PM. You will still be charged the full price of the service.
